Behavior Technician - Autism Support

As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide 1:1 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning. Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Promote INSPIRE Autism's values of integrity, teamwork, and client-centered care.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time!
