Assist students with toileting and personal care as needed. Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and administration regarding student progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's or Doctoral Degree in Special Education is preferred. Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with a Special Education endorsement is mandatory. Must hold a valid Special Education (SPED) License; substitute licenses are not accepted. Prior experience working with diverse student populations, particularly in self-contained settings, is preferred. Strong skills in behavior management and individualized student support.
