Education Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent; valid Michigan teaching certification for Special Education.
Certifications Requirements :
State certification for Special Education teaching, clear background check.
Experience Requirements :
Minimum of 1 year experience working with special education students, strong classroom management skills, knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Other Requirements :
Soft skills include patience, adaptability, and excellent communication; ability to work full-time days; compliance with school district policies. What We Offer .
