Key Qualifications:
Current state certification in Special Education Prior experience teaching students with special needs or diverse learning profiles Strong understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and support staff Adaptability and resourcefulness in managing a variety of learning and behavioral needs A genuine passion for fostering a supportive, respectful classroom culture
Core Responsibilities:
