Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored instruction and support to students in 2 elementary ASD-CI classrooms. Serve as the Special Education Teacher for 1 high school ASD classroom. Manage 1 resource room, delivering individualized education plans. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student progress and development. Maintain active communication with families and staff to foster student success. Uphold compliance with state and federal special education regulations.

Qualifications:

Active Michigan Special Education license with CI or ASD endorsement is required. Experience teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Communication Impairment. Proven ability to design and implement effective IEPs. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
