Position Summary We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our caregiving team. In this role, you will make a meaningful difference every day by supporting residents in their daily lives and fostering a warm, engaging environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Administer medications per established guidelines Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Participate in and support life enrichment activities Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment Qualifications A genuine passion for caring for people as they age Strong verbal and written communication skills High school diploma or GED (required) Experience working with the elderly population (preferred, but not required)
