Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements. Manage a caseload of approximately 10 students per teacher, providing specialized instruction and support. Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the developmental levels and learning styles of students K-8. Maintain detailed records of student progress and modify educational plans as necessary. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
