Transition15 is a secondary educational program for students ages 18-22 with continuing special education needs, provided by St. Francis Area Schools, District 15, connecting special education, vocational education, and community agencies to assist students with disabilities in the transition to adult life. The number of positions hired depends on enrollment

Friday, June 5 (4 hours of prep + virtual informational meeting) Monday•Thursday, June 8•June 12 (Hours TBD)
Salary:
BA•32.82/hr MA•42.77/hr
Qualifications:
Special Education Teaching License Job Duties:
Provide instruction to students based on their IEP goals and objectives Collaborate with special education-related services and EAs to provide instruction/support of special education students in the classroom Supervise and schedule Educational Assistants Report to ESY Supervisor as appropriate
