Key Qualifications:

Valid Special Education teaching credentials Experience or strong interest in EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorders) Demonstrated skill in developing and adapting lesson plans for middle school students Ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues Strong organizational and communication skills

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver specially designed instruction and behavioral interventions to middle school students with EBD Assess and track students' progress, maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to support student IEP goals Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and strategies Foster a positive classroom environment that values diversity, inclusivity, and respect Support students' social and emotional growth, empowering them to achieve their full potential This contract position provides a highly competitive pay rate of $75 per hour.
