What You'll Do Provide case management services to children, youth, and foster families. Conduct home visits to assess safety, well-being, and family needs. Facilitate and participate in Family Support Team (FST) meetings and court hearings. Build positive, supportive relationships with children, families, foster parents, and community partners. Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and data entry. Ensure compliance with agency, state, and regulatory requirements.
