Special Ed Teacher

Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs Manage K-12 caseloads in either self-contained classrooms or resource settings Develop, implement, and monitor effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with education teams, parents, and other stakeholders to promote student success Perform all general duties associated with the Special Education teaching role

Qualifications:

Valid Missouri Special Education teaching certification Experience working with K-12 students in special education settings Proficient in creating and executing IEPs Ability to manage caseloads in self-contained or resource classrooms Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and a positive attitude
