Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students, ensuring accommodations and modifications are met Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success Deliver engaging lessons tailored to students' strengths and needs Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide regular updates on achievement Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging classroom culture Participate in professional development, IEP meetings, and school-wide initiatives
