Job Description

Since 2008, National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) has been committed to providing specialized insurance solutions designed specifically for the real estate investment industry. Through our insurance Program, we deliver superior client support and services, client inventory control, and efficient billing systems to residential real estate investors across the United States. With a focus on providing simplification to the property protection processes, NREIG has grown to service individual investors, conglomerates, bulk REO holders, wholesalers and lenders representing more than 140,000 locations in all 50 states. The insurance Program our clients enjoy was built on ease-of-use, accommodating all occupancy phases of investment property (vacant, rental or undergoing renovation). We are seeking a full time Account Review Specialist to join our growing CARe team and provide world-class client service by reviewing annual policy performance of existing accounts and renewals. The responsibilities of this position include: Review client accounts prior to the account's annual renewal to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud, including examining clients locations, coverages purchased, costs and claims. Verify account activities against company policies and industry standards. Collaborate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve account-related issues. Provide timely reports on account status, including risks and recommendations for action. Ensure that all account reviews are documented accurately and meet regulatory compliance requirements. Communicate directly to the client the need for necessary changes to policy coverage or cost and any additional options. Maintain client records by updating or changing account information according to final review. Actively contribute to the teams success against goals and objectives. Required qualifications for this role are: Active P&C license and relevant industry experience High School diploma (4-year College degree preferred) 2+ years of client service experience Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Comfortability in a fast paced environment with the ability to respond to internal and client inquiries Great attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Interested applicants should submit their application (resume and cover letter) for review.
