Client Care Specialist Veterans Care Coordination - 3.5 Lake Saint Louis, MO Job Details Full-time $18 - $20 an hour 19 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Are you a customer-focused individual with healthcare experience who enjoys helping others and ensuring a great customer experience? Do you have a background in healthcare care coordination, Veterans services, social work, care/case management, customer service, or patient advocacy? Do you enjoy working with families, care partners and customers towards common goals? Join our team as a Client Care Specialist and make a positive impact in the lives of veterans and their families.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy Actively listen to client needs and concerns Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns and ensure quality in-home services Managing incoming and outbound calls Documentation and Process Management Accurately complete detailed forms Ensure compliance within industry regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy in all tasks
Maintain Key Performance Metrics Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related healthcare degree preferred Minimum of two years related experience in healthcare customer service, social services, care management/case management, or Veterans services. Live in the state of Missouri, within a 50 mile radius of Lake St. Louis. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Ability to work in-office a minimum of 40% of each work week (a minimum of 2 days per week)
