In this role, you will be responsible for providing instruction alongside teaching lessons within each students' individual home curriculum. The position combines classroom teaching with partnership and support for homeschool families. You will create a positive learning environment, deliver high quality lessons, monitor students, and collaborate with parents to ensure success at campus and at home. Essential Duties Assist in teaching lessons with individual student curriculum, including math and language Review and deliver instruction in science, history, and book units incorporate hands-on activities and collaborative experiences Maintain lessons and instructional materials aligned with supplemental units. Track academic progress and provide feedback to students and parents. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students Foster strong relationships with homeschooling families through professional communication. Participate in academy events. Establish and maintain a safe, positive, and respectful learning environment. Implement effective classroom management strategies. Encourage student responsiblity, character development, and leadership skills. Promote a culture of curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning. Work collaboratively with academy staff and administration.

$125.00 per day
