Special Ed Teacher

Category Schools - Special Education Teacher Job Type Contract A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Puxico, MO, offering the opportunity to work within K-12 caseloads. Key Qualifications:

Valid Missouri Special Education Teacher certification Experience working with K-12 Special Education students Ability to manage self-contained or resource classroom environments Strong understanding and implementation of IEPs Demonstrated commitment to a strong work ethic, growth mindset, and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans that meet the unique needs of each student Deliver instructional services in both self-contained and resource settings as assigned Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to support student success Monitor and document student progress to comply with educational standards and regulations Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
