Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate Montessori principles, literacy education, math skills, and physical education to support holistic childhood development Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among children Plan and execute engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and individualized learning goals Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement strategies and effective behavior management techniques Support children with special educational needs through early intervention strategies and tailored activities Monitor child progress using standardized testing methods and maintain detailed records of developmental milestones Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive child welfare and consistent learning support Facilitate activities that promote motor skills development, social-emotional growth, and cognitive abilities in toddlers and preschoolers Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early intervention practices, and preschool curriculum design Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings Expertise in classroom management techniques that foster a positive learning environment Ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and Montessori methods Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners Familiarity with standardized testing procedures for early childhood assessment Experience in tutoring or supporting children with special educational needs or behavioral challenges Knowledge of child welfare practices and best practices in toddler care and childcare settings Embark on a rewarding journey as a Three's Teacher where your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners every day.
