Location:
Waynesville, MO Soliant is partnering with a school district in Waynesville, Missouri to hire full-time Special Education (SPED) Teachers for immediate openings. The district is actively interviewing qualified candidates and is prepared to make offers quickly. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs Provide specialized instruction in both self-contained and resource classroom settings Adapt curriculum and instructional methods to support student success Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and goals Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured learning environment Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field Valid Missouri teaching license in Special Education Successful completion of background check and drug screening Previous school-based experience preferred but not required Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills Position Details Full-time, immediate start Additional details regarding specific caseloads and assignments will be provided during the interview process Interviews are being conducted on a rolling basis with expedited hiring decisions Compensation & Benefits Competitive weekly pay (based on experience and credentials) Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan options Professional support and career development opportunities Dedicated recruiter assistance throughout the hiring process Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled
