What You'll Do:
Deliver High-Quality Adjustments
  • Perform precise, effective chiropractic adjustments using techniques that fit each patient's needs. Guide Patients Through Their Care Plans
  • Explain treatment strategies, monitor progress, and ensure patients stay committed to their recovery. Collaborate with the Clinical Team
  • Work closely with rehab technicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a seamless, results-focused patient experience . Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations
  • Perform functional exams, review X-rays, and create personalized treatment plans that address the root cause of discomfort. Educate & Empower Patients
  • Help patients understand their health, movement, and function, motivating them to take ownership of their care . Contribute to a High-Performance Culture
  • Maintain clinical excellence, adapt to challenges, and help drive FLEXX's mission forward.

What You'll Need:
Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree Valid Mississippi chiropractic license (or ability to obtain one) Malpractice insurance eligibility 2+ years of experience in private practice preferred Strong understanding of patient retention, case management, and functional rehabilitation What's in It for You?
