Job Description

Do you love working with little ones? We're looking for amazing teachers to join us! Toddler Teacher (Full-Time) 2-3 Year Old Teacher (Full-Time) Hours range from 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Friday Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs. Lead classroom activities that support literacy, math, social-emotional skills, and behavioral management. Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral health professionals, and occupational therapists to support students with diverse needs, including those with autism and developmental disabilities. Monitor and assess student progress through observations, anecdotal records and portfolio documentation; adapt instruction accordingly. Manage classroom behavior effectively by applying positive reinforcement strategies and behavioral therapy techniques. Mentor and supervise assistant teachers and aides, providing guidance on classroom management and instructional best practices. Maintain detailed records of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), progress reports, and communication with families regarding student development. Foster an inclusive environment that respects cultural diversity and promotes equitable learning opportunities for all children. Qualifications AAS in ECE or related degree + 16 ECE hours

Qualifying Letter Current TB test & physical (within 12 months) Proven experience as a classroom teacher in early childhood education or special education settings; preschool or private school experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, and instructional strategies across literacy, math, and behavioral health domains. Experience managing classrooms effectively through classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Ability to develop tailored lesson plans that incorporate speech therapy techniques, behavioral therapy, and IEP goals. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, colleagues, and specialists; mentoring less experienced staff is a plus. $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
