Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in classroom management. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, providing individualized instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Experience working with special education students is a plus
