Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality care and instruction to preschool-aged children. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Educate children in foundational skills such as math, literacy, and social skills through engaging activities. Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive behavior management techniques. Provide individualized support to children with diverse learning needs, including those requiring special education services. Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the learning experience for all students. Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes learning and safety. Experience A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or preschool setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with private school settings is a plus. Experience in tutoring or providing additional support to students is beneficial. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education is essential. Skills in behavior management and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners are required.
