Job Description
The Learning Support Assistants (LSA) main role is to provide support for pupils with special educational needs. You will ensure that the pupils are included and supported in order to access learning in line with their peers. Your duties will include running specific programmes and activities to assist the pupils' individual learning and social needs. In addition you will be responsible for implementing the targets on the pupils' SEN plans in liaison with the class teachers and the SENCO, rewarding positive behaviours and collaborating with staff and parent/carers to build positive relationships and achieve positive outcomes.
