Vision for Education are working with a Good-rated SEND school in Durham to recruit a SEN Teacher. This full-time role is available immediately and offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive setting where strong relationships and early intervention are at the heart of practice. As a SEN Teacher, you will lead a small Early Years class of pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, communication and interaction needs, and developmental delays. You will create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment that supports communication, emotional development, and early learning skills through play-based and sensory approaches. You will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to deliver personalised learning, support EHCP outcomes, and ensure each child makes meaningful progress.
