Qualifications:
Valid NC General Curriculum Certification for grades K-12 (required) Experience or strong interest in working in K-8 settings (inclusion/resource environments) Capacity to manage caseloads of 15-20 students (up to 25) Commitment to fostering academic growth and supporting students below grade level Adaptability and enthusiasm for implementing new programs (SEL experience a plus)
Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student needs Collaborate with staff to develop and roll out the SEL initiative Track student progress and modify strategies as appropriate Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment
