Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Exceptional Children (EC) Teacher to join our team in Wilson, NC. This role focuses on providing specialized instruction and individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student Provide direct instruction in small group and inclusive classroom settings Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation Participate in IEP meetings, conferences, and professional development Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's preferred) Valid North Carolina Teaching License with EC/Special Education certification Strong understanding of IEP development, behavior management, and differentiated instruction Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience with weekly paychecks Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) savings plan Employee recognition programs Supportive and collaborative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume or contact:
