In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of two-year-olds, incorporating literacy education, basic math concepts, and physical activities. Foster a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive social interactions among children. Manage daily routines including diapering, potty training support, snack time, and outdoor play to promote toddler care and well-being. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to guide children's social skills and emotional regulation. Plan and execute engaging lessons that incorporate Montessori principles and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs. Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns related to child welfare or development. Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health standards, and safety protocols at all times. Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, especially with toddlers aged two years old. Strong knowledge of childhood development stages and best practices in early childhood education. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Experience with special education strategies and early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families. Ability to manage classroom routines confidently while fostering an inclusive environment that supports literacy education and physical activity. Pay:
