Job Description

Elgin-New Leipzig School District is seeking applicants for the following positions: 8-12 Agriculture Education - includes extended 30-day contract and FFA Stipend 8-12 Industrial Education - includes stipend for student activities Elementary Special Education All positions include a $12,000 signing bonus for a 3-year commitment to the district. District provides single health insurance, free meals, 50% of teacher contribution to their retirement plan, 15 days sick leave accumulative to 75 days, 4 days personal leave accumulative to 7 days. The district is located 80 miles southwest of Bismarck, ND in an agriculture based community of 700 people. Applicants should submit a letter of interest, resume, and 2-3 letters of recommendation. Mission The mission of the Elgin/New Leipzig School is to provide a positive and safe environment that promotes lifelong learning to all individuals. The mission statement is placed on all letterhead, calendars, and outgoing communication to parents and students. This mission statement was chosen by and is reviewed regularly by our School Improvement and Curriculum Council (SICC) which meets monthly throughout the school year to address school improvement and curriculum issues.
