Here at BGM we take pride in delivering high quality results in every aspect of our business. A BGM flooring care specialist takes pride in serving others and delivering caring and professional experience for our customers and your fellow team members. Pay ranging from $15 - $22 per hour This is a Full-time position, Monday - Friday, some nights and weekends as needed. Floor Care Specialist Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Prepare surfaces for cleaning and restoration, including vacuuming, pre-treatment, and spot removal
- Perform carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, power washing and hard surface floor maintenance in commercial and residential settings
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment such as extractors, buffers, and steam cleaning machines
- Identify flooring issues and recommend appropriate cleaning or restoration solutions
- Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction
- Assist with minor repair or restoration work as needed (such as addressing water-damaged areas or surface imperfections)
- Follow safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning solutions and equipment
Experience and Education:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, or restoration is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Experience operating professional cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record for the past 3 years required
- Must be able to pass a background check
