Responsibilities The teacher will develop and deliver individualized instruction aligned with each student's IEP, using evidence-based practices tailored to varying ability levels. Daily duties include monitoring student progress, adapting curriculum, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines. The role also involves collaboration with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.
