  • MyTime Program Clark-Wilkins Elementary School (Grades 1-4) Are you passionate about supporting the social, emotional, and behavioral growth of young learners?
Clark-Wilkins Elementary is looking for a dedicated and innovative Special Education Teacher to join our MyTime program. In this role, you aren't just a case manager; you are a vital part of a multidisciplinary team—working alongside school psychologists, OTs, and speech-language pathologists—to create a supportive environment where students with significant mental health and behavioral needs can thrive.
What You'll Do:
Design & Implement Growth:
Develop and lead individualized IEPs that directly address the academic and behavioral needs of your students.
Collaborative Leadership:
Consult with a team of specialists to integrate social skills, therapeutic interventions, and curriculum modifications into daily learning.
Empower Others:
Model proactive techniques for classroom staff and provide meaningful training for both paraprofessionals and families.
Data-Driven Impact:
Use accurate data collection and analysis to celebrate progress and refine student programming.
Who You Are:
Required Qualifications:
  • NH Teacher Certification in Special Education (1900).
  • Experienced in working with elementary students, specifically those with significant mental health needs.
  • Knowledgeable in best practices for behavioral intervention and research-based instructional programs.
  • Certified in CPI or other crisis prevention programs.
Preferred Skills:
  • NH Certification in Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (1855).
  • Experience working within a Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS) framework.
