Job Description

Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A) is an educational recruitment firm that connects teachers with private and independent K-12 schools across the U.S. and abroad. Our free service matches candidates with roles that align with their skills, experience, and goals. We work closely with each educator to help them find a school where they can thrive. We are currently seeking a Hot Glass Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year at an independent school in Concord, NH.
Essential Duties:
Teach four fine arts courses at various proficiency levels for students. Work closely with department staff to create and update art curriculum. Serve as an advisor for students ensuring student success. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending seminars, conferences, and professional development sessions. Assist with residential life duties providing guidance and support to students.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Glass, Studio Art, or related required. 3-5 years of previous teaching experience. Previous experience with metal work, welding, or related. Proficiency with hot and cold processes. Knowledge of maintaining the hot glass shop, running glass shop, cold shop, and welding studio. Emphasize studio safety, proper tool use, kiln operation, and hot shop protocols. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
