The Hudson School District is seeking a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager supporting first grade students at the Dr. H.O. Smith School.
Job Summary:
To work full-time as a special education teacher-case manager, supporting the Elementary level for the Hudson School District. Design, monitor and provide specially designed instruction to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans. Be a contributing member of IEP teams and perform initial and three-year evaluations when necessary and as appropriate. Work collaboratively with parents, teachers, community agencies and other special education staff members to develop and implement students' Individual Education Plans.
Compensation:
Teacher salary range starts at $51,000 according to the HFT collective bargaining agreement pay scale and ranges up to a top step salary of $89,250 at M+30.

Qualifications:
NH Department of Education (DOE) Educator License in Special Education, required Bachelor's degree or higher Must be able to work as a team member and possess good organizational and problem-solving skills, initiative, motivation, flexibility, and creativeness to successfully carry out the responsibilities of this position
