August 2026 Fuller Elementary School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teacher to join our inclusive learning community. This role is perfect for an educator who excels at case management and is passionate about creating tailored learning environments where every student can thrive. As a Special Education Teacher, you will be the primary advocate for your students\' educational journeys.Key responsibilities include:
IEP Development:
Leading the creation and implementation of Individual Education Programs (IEPs).Progress Monitoring:
Documenting student outcomes and providing data-driven feedback to parents and administration.Collaboration:
Acting as a liaison between the school, families, and state/area agencies to ensure comprehensive support.Environment:
