Virtual Special Education Teacher | New Hampshire Soliant - 3.9 Manchester, NH Job Details Full-time | Contract 2 hours ago Qualifications School experience Special education for preschool students Video conferences (communication methods) Special Education Certification Full Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available in Manchester, New Hampshire to provide telehealth services across Pre-K through 12th grade. This full school year contract role requires valid Vermont teaching certification in Special Education.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering specialized educational instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs through telehealth platforms. Designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state guidelines. Collaborating with families and educational teams to monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance and student growth. Utilizing technology effectively to engage students in a virtual learning environment.
Qualifications:
Valid New Hampshire teaching certification in Special Education. Experience teaching Pre-K through 12th grade students with special needs. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a virtual setting. Knowledge of telehealth delivery best practices preferred.
