HEA Rate Role Overview We are seeking a certified teacher to serve as the Lead Teacher for the Passport to Learning program at Brandt Elementary School. This leadership role requires full oversight of building-based enrichment programming, including vendor coordination, staff supervision, student support, and family communication. The Lead Teacher ensures the program runs smoothly and meets district expectations. Responsibilities Oversee daily Passport to Learning operations from 3:15-6:00 PM Serve as liaison between families, staff, vendors, and administrators Manage scheduling, attendance, and incident response Support program quality, safety, and student engagement Resolve challenges promptly and professionally Qualifications NJ Teaching Certification (Required) Prior Passport to Learning Lead experience (Preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Demonstrated reliability and responsiveness
