This training involves delivering a comprehensive training program focused on crisis intervention, non-violent techniques. Responsibilities Develop curriculum content tailored to subject at hand Deliver interactive in-person training sessions Incorporate current industry standards into educational materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness Evaluate participant understanding through assessments, feedback, and practical exercises to ensure skill mastery Maintain records of training sessions and participants. Skills Current CPI Instructor certification Proven experience in CPI curriculum development, training, and delivery of classroom instruction. Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse learners in a group settings
Compensation :
