In this vital role, you will support families during the nighttime hours by ensuring infants are safe, comfortable, and well-cared for, allowing parents to rest and recharge. Your expertise in infant care, sleep routines, and nurturing will help establish healthy habits and promote overall well-being for both babies and their families. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of new parents while showcasing your caregiving skills. Responsibilities Provide attentive overnight care for newborns and infants, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and comforting to promote restful sleep Monitor infants' health and safety throughout the night, responding promptly to any needs or concerns Assist with establishing and maintaining sleep routines tailored to each baby's developmental stage Support parents with gentle guidance on infant care techniques and developmental milestones Maintain a clean and organized environment Document sleep patterns, feeding schedules, and any notable observations to share with families during handover Skills Minimum of 3 years of experience in newborn care, infant care, or as a nanny specializing in early childhood development CPR certification to ensure safety at all times Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and team members This role is perfect for caring professionals passionate about supporting families during one of their most precious phases.
