Director, Behavior Support Clinical Services

Summary:

The Director of Behavior Supports, Clinical Services, provides evidence-based Behavioral Supports for adults with developmental disabilities. These supports include a comprehensive assessment of challenging behavior(s), development of a structured behavioral modification plan, implementation of the plan, ongoing training, and periodic reassessment of the plan. Responsible for implementing Behavioral Supports Activities, including behavioral assessment, development of behavior support plans, implementation of behavior plans, use of evidence-based practices, staff training, periodic reassessment of behavioral plans, and monitoring of behavioral plans. The incumbent supervises behaviorists and conducts staff evaluations.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or social work. Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification and acquisition of an LBA or LaBA license within 90 days of hire. Experience in developmental disabilities or behavior support is required. Some supervisory experience.
