Daycare Teacher (Full-Time/Part-Time) - Immediate Openings We are seeking two energetic and passionate Daycare Teachers to join our team in Stratford, NJ. In this role, you'll create a safe, engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead age-appropriate lessons supporting literacy, math, and social-emotional development Foster a nurturing, structured classroom environment Monitor children's progress and support individual needs Communicate regularly with parents and team members Ensure the safety and well-being of all children

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required Prior experience in a daycare or preschool setting Knowledge of child development and classroom management Strong communication and teamwork skills Montessori or special education experience is a plus
