In this role, you will work closely with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing essential support through behavioral therapy techniques. Your primary focus will be on implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and documenting progress to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. In this job you will work closely with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to ensure programs are run effectively. You will know your client best. Communication is key to success to ensure that the programming runs smoothly. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide direct support to clients by engaging in therapeutic activities that promote skill development and behavioral improvement. Collect and record data on client behavior and progress in accordance with established protocols. Maintain accurate documentation to track treatment outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with team members and families to foster a supportive environment for clients. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with clients, families, and other professionals in the field of behavioral health. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills in behavioral therapy. Qualifications Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices Familiarity with data collection methods and documentation processes is desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A commitment to providing compassionate care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental challenges. Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques based on individual client needs and responses.
