Middle School Special Education Teacher: Pinecrest Academy Inspirada

Pinecrest Inspirada is seeking a dedicated and student-centered Middle School Special Education Teacher to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting diverse learners, building positive relationships with students and families, and collaborating closely with general education teachers to ensure student success in inclusive classroom settings. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines Facilitate and lead IEP meetings with families, staff, and service providers Provide specialized instruction and accommodations to support student achievement Collaborate regularly with general education teachers to support inclusive practices and student learning goals Collect and analyze student data to monitor progress toward IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Utilize Infinite Campus for IEP documentation, progress monitoring, attendance, grading, and communication Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration regarding student progress and needs Foster a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning opportunities Qualifications Valid teaching license with

Special Education:

Generalist endorsement Experience creating and implementing IEPs Knowledge of special education laws, compliance, and best practices Experience with Infinite Campus preferred Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to work effectively with students, families, administrators, and staff Middle school teaching experience preferred

Pay:

$53,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
