Your Role:
As a Preschool Teacher, you will nurture responsive teacher-child relationships through the CLASS™ framework, cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, and deliver age-appropriate, standards-aligned instruction. You will monitor developmental progress through ongoing assessments, tailor learning experiences to support the needs of all children, and actively engage families as collaborative partners in their child's growth. You'll also participate in continuous professional development and contribute to a team culture focused on reflection, learning, and improvement.

What You Bring:
Passion for
Early Learning:
A deep commitment to working with young children and supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth in an inclusive, nurturing environment.
Communication Excellence:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and team members.
Educational Background:
A degree in Early Childhood Education - or a degree in another field with at least six (6) completed courses in Early Childhood Education.
Classroom Experience:
Hands-on experience teaching preschool-aged children, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse developmental needs.
Collaborative Spirit:
A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work closely with co-teachers, family members, and support staff to drive positive outcomes.
