REACH Coordinator / Behavior Support

• 31a Funded 9-12th grade

Supervisor:

Principal, in conjunction with Dean, and/or

Designee Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure the Academy's students and classes are aware and follow the REACH Values. Support positive behaviors among targeted students

• through PBIS, small groups, one-on-one sessions, check-in / check-out.

Duties:

Focus on solving the root cause of identified behaviors to find long term solutions by working closely with the Dean and Social Worker; When not providing individual ro group services to targeted students, push-in classrooms to model REACH values; Progress Monitor the identified targeted students every 2

• 3 weeks based on identified strategies; Complete all State required compliance documents for Time & Effort and MTSS
• including

; Attend monthly school MTSS meetings; Communicate regularly with parents on student progress; Attend scheduled parent meetings,and Other duties as assigned that are reasonable and allowable under 31 a funding.
