As the leader of this vibrant classroom, you will be responsible for designing developmentally appropriate activities, fostering positive behavior, and ensuring each child's safety and well-being. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire children to explore, learn, and grow while supporting their early childhood development milestones. Responsibilities Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management strategies. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that include hands-on activities, sensory play, music, movement, and early intervention techniques, which is aligned with Kid Krazy Curriculum. Monitor and document each child's progress through observations, assessments, and standardized testing when appropriate; communicate regularly with parents about their child's development. Manage classroom routines such as diapering or potty training, meal times, nap schedules, and transitions with patience and consistency. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with childcare regulations, special education requirements, and best practices in childhood development. Maintain accurate records of attendance, incident reports, and lesson plans while ensuring the safety and welfare of all children in your care. Requirements Has a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or completing. Minimum of 2 years experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings is required. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention approaches to support diverse learning needs. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff members, and community partners.

$53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
