We pride ourselves on a collaborative, compassionate approach to care. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team. Job Summary As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children receiving ABA therapy services, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for someone passionate about working with children and making a measurable impact in their development. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on client needs.
