Job Description

Special Education (12:1:1) Elementary Teacher (1.0 FTE) (Grade 1)
Certification Required:
SWD 1-6, or SWD Birth-2, or SWD all grades (preferred) 2026-2027
School Year Start Date:
August 31, 2026 Starting salary: Minimum $44,066 base (actual salary dependent upon credentials, master's degree, years of experience in public education)
Monday-Friday Hours:
8:35 am-3:35pm Duties include but not limited to:
  • 12:1:1 Instruction in Core Academics (ELA and Math)
  • IEP Goals writing and data tracking/progress monitoring
  • Coordinate and collaborate with grade level teachers
  • Strong classroom management/behavior management skills and/or experience grounded in PBIS
  • Support the Misson/Vision/Core Beliefs of the
