The School of Continuing Education at Purchase College, SUNY seeks candidates for 2 Instructor positions from June 29- July 24, 2026. The Visual Arts Institute instructor positions are full-time 30 hours/week; Monday, June 29
- Friday, July 24 (20 sessions; participation in Open House April 25, 2026; 9:45
- 12 noon); attendance at one Summer Staff Orientation meeting (June 25, 5PM-PM or June 27,10AM
- 12PM). The position reports to the Visual Arts & Writing Programs Coordinator in the School of Continuing Education. Visual Arts Institute , ( grades 10
- 12 ), 4-week program.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of/experience in visual arts and teaching experience preferred. An undergraduate degree is required- preferably in visual arts or related field.
Special Note:
State employees will be hired under Technical Assistant (CSL), SL-1; non-State employees will be hired as vendors/independent contractors.
