exploration and project-based activities Sensory and discovery-based learning experiences Creative building, engineering, and problem-solving challenges Early science and technology concepts through play Social learning and collaborative group activities Additional responsibilities include: Designing age-appropriate, inquiry-based lesson plans and weekly programming Leading small group sessions in an engaging, supportive environment Encouraging curiosity, experimentation, and creative thinking Creating a structured yet flexible learning environment that supports exploration Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and inspiring space for children and families Collaborating with the Jetsetter team to develop new programs and special events Qualifications We are looking for candidates who have: Experience working with children ages 2-10 Background in

STEM/STEAM

education, early childhood education, or a related field Experience leading hands-on, project-based, or inquiry-driven learning activities Strong ability to translate STEM concepts into age-appropriate, engaging experiences Warm, energetic, and engaging personality Strong classroom management and communication skills A creative, innovative approach to lesson planning and program development Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the play space for extended periods Ability to bend, kneel, and actively participate in children's activities Ability to lift or carry equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs Ability to supervise children in an active indoor play environment While this is a part-time position, it is not a seasonal one.
