Role:

As a Client Care Specialist , you'll be the face and voice of our resort—welcoming guests (both furry and human), creating lasting client relationships, and delivering top-tier customer service. Your day will include everything from running dogs to and from playgroups to sending out adorable daily report cards and answering busy phone lines with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and check in/out daycare and overnight guests Walking leashed dogs in/out during check-ins and pick-ups Answer and manage high-volume phone calls and Text messages Schedule daycare reservations and services Promote and educate clients on our services and wellness options Send daily report cards and maintain digital pet records You'll thrive in this role if you are: A real people person with strong communication skills Bubbly , upbeat, and love making others smile A natural multitasker who stays organized under pressure Obsessed with details and accuracy A total animal lover who's not afraid to get a little fur on your clothes Comfortable walking large, excited dogs on leash A team player who loves to jump in and help wherever needed Why Join Us? Requirements:

Must be available to work Weekends Willing to work weekends and holidays Flexibility to work morning shifts starting at 6:45am-1 pm, afternoon shifts 1pm-7pm or full days 6:45am-7pm.
